What we provide you.
1. An automotive retail Internet site with category structures of your
choosing, vehicle look up system, and product attribute optional selector,
along with all standard web features.
2. We are responsible for all costs to deliver this and maintain this.
3. We will handle all content and web catalog management.
4. You will be provided a personalized administration panel for operations
and daily business management.
5. We implement, manage,
and report on pre-approved marketing programs
6. Provide software with flexible coupons, open pricing rules, free
shipping option, up-sells in cart, cross-sells on product pages, polls,
and newsletter.
7. We set up and maintain a search engine friendly site.
8. We commit to make your website as successful as possible.

Revenue Sharing
You get 90% of gross product sales; we get 10% as your investor partner.
Note: If custom designs or
functionality are desired above this base package structure, those costs
as related to providing that, must be mutually agreed and defined in
writing as to who bears which cost's, and what expectations are desired.

What you are responsible
for.
1. Own and manage your own merchant account of which you receive funds
directly to you from consumers.
2. Provide customer service personnel, 800 #, etc. to support your customers.
3. Handle all fulfillment and responsible for all shipping costs.
4. Required to use Data Exchange Services, a service provider, for original
data set up formatting.
5. All Internet paid marketing costs; pay-per-click/sponsored search,
special marketing feeds, etc.
6. Commit to provide extensive content; images, instructions, illustrations,
videos, how-to's, comparisons, reviews, availability, or other materials
that may be deemed necessary to successfully sell your products.
7. You commit to make your website as successful as possible.
